Tumblr Import – Cannot Import since I can only have one import running at a time, but I have no imports running at the moment.

    Hi there!

    Essentially what I tossed in the topic – I attempted to import my Tumblr across (preserve some of the weird memories), but at 0/1276 posts imported for a good 10 minutes I figured it’d frozen – and I had a sub-blog with just 3 posts I wanted to shift across, and figured that might be a better test. However, when I cancelled the original import as directed with ‘Clear account information’, it does not appear to have actually cancelled the import. Even though it now shows the ‘Click to Import’ button, it just tosses up the error as in my title.

    So… yeah. Help please!

    Hi there,

    I’ve double checked to confirm your import is still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it, as that could be preventing it from starting.

    We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please give it another 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.
