Tumblr Import – Custom Domain Mapping Issue

    Hi!

    I’m attempting to import a Tumblr blog that was formerly custom domain mapped. I’ve removed custom domain mapping from the Tumblr account. After several attempts disconnecting and reconnecting to my Tumblr account via WordPress’ Tumblr importer, WordPress continues to report I’m using a custom domain, even though the custom domain is no longer connected with my Tumblr accound. Because of this, I haven’t been able to start importing.

    Is there a lag between removing domain mapping in Tumblr and recognition of this by other systems?

    @dilapotato, the custom domain message comes from Tumblr. Can you contact their support to see if there’s a way to clear that? I’ve cleared cache on this end too in case that will help.
