Tumblr Import Error / Need Staff Reset

    I’m trying to import my Tumblr but I’m currently getting the error: “You can only have one running import at a time…” I now understand why this is. I pressed ‘stop’ on the import yesterday. I didn’t know about the queue, etc. And I now know that, once it works again, I just need to click ‘import’ and let it be for at least 24 hours, and not to press ‘stop’ again, etc.

    If the staff could reset my ‘import’ or whatever needs to be done to get rid of the ‘You can only have one running import at a time’ error, it would be most appreciated.

    Hi there,

    It looks like some content were imported to your site, and no import is currently running.

    If you’re still missing posts, please restart the import now – posts already on your WordPress.com site will be skipped by the importer. It might take a while to complete, though, as we’re still seeing a lot of new Tumblr imports being created so there’s still a backlog.
