Tumblr import frozen

Hi! My Tumblr import has been stuck on 2160 posts out of 23000+, but it still says it’s running and there’s no option to stop it and start again – even disconnecting and reconnecting from Tumblr still leaves a “In progress” message. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Of course! I think a lot of people are having similar problems. I wonder if it’s because my import has already hit the 3GB limit.

Having discovered where to find out how much space I’ve already used, I think this is the case – but I’ve tried deleting a few posts (and emptying the bin), and the import still won’t resume. How can I try to start it again, basically?

It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed, so I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.
If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
Also, you have already consumed 93% of the the 3GB available on the free plan. If your content is more than 3GB, I recommend upgrading to a plan that offers more storage before proceeding with the import.
