tumblr import frozen over 24 hours

my tumblr import had been stuck for nearly 48 hours now, i asked for it to be reset but it was not even though i was told it was. so i am hoping i can have it reset for real now so i can start the import again? thank you very much!

Hi there, it looks like over 3300 posts have imported, is that all your content?
I don’t see any import jobs on your site running at the moment, so on our side it looks like everything has completed.

Hiya. on my side it says 3596 / 3760 of my posts have been imported and has done for close to 24 of the 48 hours it’s been importing. it says the import is still in progress too. (this is importing from cute surreysimmer.tumblr.com)
so if there is any way to stop that so i can get the remaining ~150 posts imported that would be great.

I’m still not seeing any active or pending import jobs on your site, but I reset the import tool just in case it helps. Let us know how it goes.
