Tumblr import is stuck/stopped

  My import of my Tumblr to my WordPress blog is stuck — i.e., out of ~38,600 Tumblr posts, only about 10% has been imported (~3,800 posts). Have I reached a limit of what is possible in the import, or has something else happened? 12/15/2018 7:35 PM CT

  Hi onsax1,

  It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed. I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.

  If it seems to take a long time, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.

  If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
