Tumblr import issue.

    I tried to import my Tumblr blog yesterday, but it showed no progress after half an hour. I closed it out and disconnected from Tumblr, while also clearing the data. Now, when I try again, it tells me I cannot have two imports running.

    Is this just WordPress panicking because people are migrating in droves all of a sudden? Should I just wait a few days and try again?

    It would be best not to refresh but to leave it running until at least 24 hours has elapsed. Then if there has still been no progress return to this thread and add a modlook tag to the box on the right to ask staff to reset the importer at their end.

    Hi there,

    Our queue has a lot of requests waiting right now, and right now a wait time over 24 hours is normal. The good news is, I see your site is still queued successfully. I recommend checking back on it later this evening or tomorrow.
