Tumblr import issue

The above message appears when I try to import. I can still see, and click, [Clear Account Information] or [Disconnect from Tumblr]. Nothing appears to have imported after hours, and it doesn’t appear to be importing anymore. After a manual reset with [Clear Account Information], and clearing cookies/cache, the message remains.

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

I gave it the full 24 hours+ to import. It says it’s still in progress on my import page. I understand the high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment, but I wanted to get back to you to let you know 24 hours later it still had not imported.

Hi there,
I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued and it’s going to start soon. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it. And please be patient and keep your connection from Tumblr. Do not try to cancel your import.
