Tumblr import issues

My Tumblr import stalled out (started but never got anywhere) so I cancelled it by clearing account info and even disconnecting from and reconnecting to Tumblr.
Now I’m trying to initiate the import again, and it won’t go. The error says ‘You can only have one running import at a time.’ I also tried it in a Private Window to sidestep any potential caching/cookie issues, but no dice.
It seems like it’s on WordPress’ side. I may need someone with admin access to press some buttons on their end.
Questions:
– Is there a staff member available on the forums who can reset this for me? If you can restart the import from Spoonie Living (not Spoonie Living Admin) at the same time, that would be swell.
– How long does it/should it generally take for the system to reset itself on its own and recognize it’s no longer importing?
– How long does it generally take for a blog to import? This blog has just shy of 2,000 posts of various types and lengths.

I see this generally takes a mod, so I’m adding the modlook tag. Would love your help, both in resetting and in starting the import if you have the permissions to!
(I don’t necessarily need answers to those other questions, btw. Reading similar threads gave me enough to know what to expect.)
