Tumblr import not running

    I started an import through tumblr (trying to back up my blogs) over 24 hours ago. When I check the progress, there are no imports running. When I try to start again, I get an error message saying I can only have 1 import running. What should I do? I’ve disconnected and reconnected Tumblr access, with no effect.

    Hi zagluna,

    I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it.

    We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.
