Tumblr import – not working

Hello there, it’s been a few days since I started the import and it’s still at 0, “in progress” but 0 pages imported so I think there is a problem, please, help.

Hi there, I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff to help you with confirming if your import is still in the queue.
You’ll likely receive a response within a few hours from a staff member, but in the meantime, you may wish to take a look at this thread: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/tumblr-imports/
If it’s reset, please bare in mind the following as advised by staff:
Please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
For future reference, it may just be worth nothing that when starying and adding tags to a thread, please separate with commas and not hashtags. For example:
modlook, tumblr import

Hi there,
It looks like the import on your site has completed – some content has been imported, and no import is currently running.
If you’re still missing posts, please restart the import now – posts already on your WordPress.com site will be skipped by the importer. It might take a while to complete, though, as we’re still seeing a lot of new Tumblr imports being created so there’s still a backlog. At this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.
