tumblr import over 24hrs

    I have been running the importer for over 24 hours to http://closeonmarksnosedive.tumblr.com and the import progress page hasn’t changed at all. (posts imported are still at 0) I understand that you probably have a lot of tumblr users currently importing and that this may take some time, but I’ve been told that if the importer is running for over 24hrs to contact support, so here I am. Do I need to have this reset? Will this issue resolve itself within a few days/weeks?

    Hi closeonmarksnosedive,

    I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it.

    We’re processing a large volume of Tumblr imports at the moment, which is causing a backlog on our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.
