Tumblr import problem

  Hello,
  So I tried to import a tumblr page, but about 2 hours in nothing had happened so i followed the ‘If your import gets stuck for a long time… click on the ‘Clear account information’ button below to reset the importer’ instruction. However when i tried to restart the initial import after clearing my account info, i got a ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete’ notification. I do not see any other imports running and when i try to import another tumblr account, i get the same notification.

  Good morning –

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

  Hello,
  Thank you for your support. I restarted the import 3-4 days ago and it still shows up as “in progress.” I have not tried to stop or restart it. Are there additional steps that can be taken to help this process along?

  It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed, so I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted, but it could be a few days before your new import is processed.

  If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
