tumblr import stalled

I’m trying to import my tumblr to WordPress, but it’s been stuck at 0 pages imported for maybe five or six days now. Is there something I’m doing wrong, or is the queue just long? Not sure if I should disconnect and try again, or if it’s better to wait.
I’m not sure how to add a modlook tag, as no place to add a tag is showing up, but maybe that’s just my browser being weird or something.

When I got to that link and click “import this blog”, it gives me this message: “You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.”

Thanks for the extra information. I think this might be a bug in the importer because I tried it as well with a Tumblr blog that only has three posts and after hours, nothing had updated.
I’ve opened up a new request for the development team that works on this importer and hopefully, we’ll hear something back. It may be a few days before they’re able to look into this, but we’ll give you an update once we have more information.

Hi there, our engineers are still investigating, but it’s proven to be a tricky one for them to resolve so we don’t have an estimate on when the importer issues would be addressed. You may need to sit tight a bit while we sort this out. Thanks for your patience!

Is it possible that I need to cancel the import and try restarting it?
You could, but I think it’ll fail again. Other users have been having the same issues trying to import from Tumblr and I was also able to replicate the problem.
