To help us retrace some steps, are you able to provide the Tumblr URL you’re looking to import, and also to check, are you looking to import posts into: acrylamid.wordpress.com?

Thanks for clarifying! We actually had a fix put in place some months ago for import issues like this; if I understand correctly it looks like your import was started before the fix was put in place.

For anyone experiencing similar issues who had contacted us previously, we had reset their imports so they could start again. I’ve taken the liberty of resetting your import now; could I ask you to re-start the import process and let us know if it’s still not working for you?

I get the above error message even though I haven’t started an import yet

Hi there!

So it looks like the previous import was stuck, which prevented you from doing the import again. I’ve reset the importer state. Could you try this again?

Getting the same error message again. Removed the tumblr link and added it again but the problem persists. It shows my three tumblr blogs but no import happens on any of them.
