Hi there,
I’ve reset the importer and you can start the process again.
If this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help!

Hey.
I’m having the same issue. It’s happened before too. Could you stop my tumblr import for me as well please?

Hi <term-user value=”@lonitaanne” class=”spf-tag”>@lonitaanne</term-user>, I’ve reset the importer on your site and you can try again.

Greetings. I responded the other day saying that my tumblr import was still cycling even though you’d mentioned having stopped it. It’s still cycling.

@lonitaanne it looks like it’s stalling out because you’re using a custom domain on your Tumblr site.
If your Tumblr site has a custom domain, then you’ll need to disable the custom domain temporarily while the import is processed. You can do this on Tumblr by clicking on the Settings button, choosing the blog you’d like to update, then toggling the “Use a custom domain” marker to the off position and save those changes:

I’ve reset the importer tool, but you will need to disable your custom domain before you start the import process again.
Let us know if you still have trouble!

Hello, I’m having a similar issue. I started the tumblr importer for gifti3.wordpress.com a long time ago and just realized now that it never finished. Is it possible to have it reset for me too?

It looks like the import process paused because the storage limit of your free plan was reached. Not to worry, though, as you can easily continue where you left off by adding more storage to your site. This can be done by upgrading to one of our plans.
Once you’ve upgraded to a plan, you’ll be able to restart the import process. The good news is that any posts that have already been imported will be skipped, so you won’t have to worry about duplicates.
To explore our plans and find the one that’s right for you, please visit: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
