  Hello there!

  Please note that imports are being queued on the servers and will be completed in the order that they were started. This means there is not a set timeframe.

  This is the most recent update:

  At this point we are unable to provide an estimate on how long it might take for queued imports to complete. Our importer is processing thousands of posts a minute, but the backlog is very big so please be patient – it might be a few days before your import will start once it’s queued.

  I see you have already added the appropriate tags and a member of staff will be along to reset the importer for you shortly.
