Tumblr import stuck, unable to resume

Hello, my import process was stuck, so I followed the instructions, cleared the account info, and wanted to start the import again (I even logged out and back in), but it says ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. ‘
There’s currently no running import. Can you please help me out?

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
The limit you’ve reached is the 3GB free storage limit for media files only. There is no limit for the number of posts you can import, so you should be able to import the rest of your posts. Any images embedded in them just won’t be uploaded to your site’s media library on WordPress.com.
You can increase your storage space by upgrading to any of our paid plans.

Thank you so much, and for the info on the free storage limit. Before I’ll do another export, I’m setting up a side blog with all the posts that really matter to me and will export only that.

You’re welcome to make a copy and remove images that don’t matter, since you can have as many posts as you’d like. They won’t count toward your storage limit.

Hello again. So sorry I have to be a nag, but I started an import pretty much 24 hours ago of a side-blog that only contained 104 posts. Nothing has happened so far. Should I still wait or is there some kind of error?

I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued and it’s going to start soon. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it. And please be patient and keep your connection from Tumblr. Do not try to cancel your import. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

Thank you! I will wait then. I haven’t disconnected from tumblr, so it should work.
