tumblr import trouble

  I’m trying to import my tumblr blog into wordpress. I’ve succesfully removed the custom domain from the tumblr (highlandwolf.tumblr.com) and my website is showing the wordpress blog (www.highlandwolf.com) but I cannot seem to “clear the account information from the importer” in order to import the blog from tumblr.
  Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi there,

  It looks like you got this sorted out, as I can see an import is currently running on your site.

  If the import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know so we can make sure it didn’t stall.

  Negative. I still see “custom domain” listed next to the tumblr blog I want to import and no signs of import running in the background. Any ideas?

  Okay. I’ve reset the importer completely on our end.

  Please go to the Apps section in Tumblr settings and remove WordPress there: https://www.tumblr.com/settings/apps

  Then restart the import on our end.

  Tried. No go. I’m on chat support now… will follow up with you if they cannot solve the issue.
