Tumblr Importer is Frozen

  The note says to wait 24 hours, but considering the last update seems to have been January 2021, I believe it’s been frozen of importing since at least that year.

  If there’s a way you could force quit the upload or something, that might help?
  Any help given is absolutely most appreciated!

  ps. I’m not really sure how posting this on a community forum will help… How can I actually contact support?
  Anything a normal person can suggest or do, I’ve pretty much already tried. I’ve disconnected the Tumblr account, but when I go back to reconnecting, it literally just goes back to the stuck state it was in.

  I wanted to edit my initial post, but I can’t seem to be able to do it.
  I wanted to say, the only thing I can otherwise think to do is delete the whole site and start over, but I did that with one of my other sites here and it wouldn’t allow me to reuse the url name again for free.

  Hi there!

  Could you please confirm the address of the WordPress.com site you’re trying to import the content to? I don’t see any stale imports on onelastpuku.wordpress.com and wouldn’t want to nuke anything you’re actually working on. Once I know the correct address, I can reset the importer.

  Thanks for confirming.

  I don’t see any current imports on http://onelastpuku.wordpress.com/, so there isn’t anything to reset. The importer doesn’t even appear to have a Tumblr account connected to it at the moment.

  If you’re seeing something different on your end, can you try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps?

  Please don’t delete your site, no – that won’t do anything to resolve import issues.

  As for the one you already deleted, can you tell me the address? If you deleted it fewer than 30 days ago, we should still be able to restore it to your account.
