Tumblr Importer stuck

  I’m attempting to import posts from my Tumblr, however the connection was interrupted mid process. I pressed the ‘clear information’ button and attempted to restart but it told me I couldn’t have more than one blog importing at a time and the blog information doesn’t appear to actually clear? I’ve tried clearing cookies etc, no luck. How do I restart the process?

  Regardless, I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for Staff assistance in case they need to clear out the current import.

  Hi there,

  I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
