Tumblr Reset, Please

    Hello! Like others, my Tumblr import has frozen. I’ve disconnected and reconnected several times but it still tells me it’s stuck in a previous import that needs to finish. It’s been stuck for weeks. Any help would be appreciated. Thank so much!

    Hi wrathofthestag,

    It appears the Tumblr import on your site has now failed. I’ve reset the importer so you can try again.

    If it seems to take a while, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re still experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted but I’m unable to say how long this will take.

    If some posts have already imported they will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.
