Tumblr Sponsored Post In WordPress?

  Hi, I have been informed that I can’t have sponsored posts on my blog. But I also have a Tumblr. Would it be possible to “reblog” the sponsored post onto my blog? Because technically. It was first posted on an other site. If you receive a product to review with no cost, but your giving your honest opinion is that still considered a penalty?
