I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is only for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Please visit the WordPress.org support forum for assistance as we won’t be able to help you here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.
And FWIW, all WordPress.com blogs already have this feature via Publicize. The Jetpack plugin gives the same functionality to self-hosted sites.

Actually Tumblr disallows posting via RSS now, so Publicize to Tumblr doesn’t work anymore.

@raincoaster
I quickly checked and all my posts of the past week publicized correctly to Tumblr, so in my case at least it appears to still be working. (Not that I’d mind terribly if it didn’t – I don’t think I’ve ever actually gotten any traffic from that platform.) -
Yes, if you registered and set it up at a certain point you were grandfathered in and can bring in up to four feeds. Doesn’t work on new Tumblrs though.
