Turing a page title into a link

  I’m trying to link to a portfolio website outside of word press and want to do it by making a link to the site under my pages section does anybody know how I can change that page title into a link. Also where do I go to change the order that these, links, pages, ext… appear on the blog? Any help would be appreciated.
