Turn blog into photobook

    Can anyone recommend who to use for this? Ideally I’m looking for a UK based company who I can take to on the phone. The photobook is just for me and my family – the photos I used on the blog were mostly from my iPhone and I’ve heard that photo quality can be poor when printing blogs into photobooks. Does anyone have some top tips on this and/or recommendations? Thanks

    Hi there, are you planning on keeping your photobook site hosted here at WordPress.com, or possibly hosting it elsewhere using he software from WordPress.org?

    As far as phone photos go, although the quality is not what you would get out of a dedicated camera in most cases, they should be fine for use on the web in a photobook.

    I filtered our Theme Showcase to show a listing of free themes with a subject of photography and it brought up 37 that you can take a look at to see if there is one or more that look like what you are wanting. The ones that jumped out for me were Photos, Snaps and possibly Espied. All of them will show the featured image of posts in a grid on the main blog page.

    Are you wanting to have galleries of just photos, or are you wanting to do posts so that you can write a bit about each photo?

    As far as someone to help you with this, if you are staying on WordPress.com, I don’t have any recommendations at this time, but will ask around.
