Turn off all voting related code in one check box

    amightywp suggested I add my 3 ideas here rather than in the support forum

    All voting and sharing features. Ive tried to switch them all off… a myriad of interconnected checkboxes… and what is left is orphaned html text lying on the page. That also needs a single on/off check box to remove everything in one go.
