Turn off auto renew

    Hello,

    I have a domain name which I don’t need anymore, ensovideo.com. I can see that it has auto renewed and I believe I now won’t be able to get my money back for this year as there is only a 2 day cancellation & refund period. If that is the case, I also don’t want to to cancel a subscription I’ve just paid another year for.

    However, if you could please explain to me how to switch off the auto renew functionality on the domain name I’d be most grateful so that a similar situation is avoided next year.

    You can turn off auto renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page.

    If your domain name or plan is outside of WP’s refund window (as you said yours is) then it will stay active until its expiration date.
