Turn off auto-renewal

  When I’m opening my blog “ivanisovainfo.wordpress.com” I see the pop up warning message.
  I asked already about this situation on russian helpdesk and I was replied next: “We guess you were enabled to automatic domain renewal and other paid services. You should refuse this services(turn off auto-renewal) in the console in the “Shop”.
  I tried to find this option (turn off auto-renewal) in the console, but unfortunately I didn’t succeed.

  Huge request can you turn it off by yourself. Or tell me how can I do it?
  I just want to work in my blog, using a free name ivanisovainfo.wordpress.com without this pop up warning message about payment. HELP!! Please!

  Hi there!

  It looks like Drew, who helped you in live chat, has removed the problem for you. When I visit https://ivanisovainfo.wordpress.com/ everything looks great:

  

  If you still see the error pop up, try clearing your browser cache then refreshing the site.

  You have no remaining upgrades on your account, so all auto-renewals are off and you won’t be charged. :)
