turn off auto renewal

    I was told on June 7, 2023 that our lovekidsproject.com was cancelled turned off and would not be up for auto renewal! I have received a change on January 4, 2024 for $70.17. Clearly this was an error! Please refund the $70.17
    I would like someone to contact me back ASAP
