Turn off Auto Renewal Please!

  Hi there, can you please turn off autorenew? I am in the first week of my subscription.

  Hi there, can you please turn off autorenew? I am in the first week of my subscription.

  To turn off auto-renewal you need to perform the following actions:

  Under My Site → Plan, click on Manage Plan. Or, go to Account Profile → Manage Purchases. You may directly reach there by visiting the link below:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Select the subscription you’d like to turn automatic renewal off for. Under Subscription Renewal, if you see “Auto-renew is ON” toggle the option to turn it off.

  That is it and you are good to go.

  Within 30 days of purchase or renewal:

  Within the 30-day refund policy window, the process outlined below will immediately cancel your plan and issue a refund. If you would like to turn off automatic renewal during this time, so that you can manually renew, contact our Happiness Engineers.
