turn off blog functionality – just want static pages

  I don’t want a blog – just static pages. I can’t seem to turn off the blog functionality. help1 thanks.

  Howdy,

  You can simply not use the “Posts” section of your site and tweak the remainder of your site.

  You’re already using a static home page, so you’re set there. You can tweak the widgets—the items along the sidebar, which include “Recent Posts”—by visiting your Appearance->Widgets page at https://sandfortmanagement.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php .
