Turn off Domain Privacy on Domain

  Hello, I purchased smartpublishingservices.com through WordPress, and I would like to turn the Privacy setting Off so I can transfer my domain. (The Privacy setting that’s under Domain enhancements). The domain is unlocked, but I can’t seem to turn Privacy off. Would you be able to do this for me.
