TURN OFF EMAILS AFTER PUBLISHING

I have tried every setting but every time i publish a blog post it sends the entire thing via email. Can you please let me know how to fix this.

Hi there,
It’s not possible to disable email notifications on WordPress.com – it’s up to individual followers on your site whether or not they receive emails for new posts on your site.
If you want to publish a big batch of posts but don’t want to spam your subscribers, you can temporarily set your site to private, publish them, then set back to public. Posts published while the site was private will not send out email notifications.
You’ll find this option at My Site ->Manage ->Settings.
Or if you want the emails to only contain an excerpt with a link back to your site instead of the full post, go to My Site ->Manage ->Settings ->Writing, and switch the feed settings to Excerpt.

If you’re speaking of https://maptrekking.com/, which is the only site I see in your account, that site is not on WordPress.com, but using the Jetpack plugin.
If you don’t want to use that plugin’s email subscription feature you can disable that plugin’s subscriptions module at My Site ->Manage ->Settings ->Discusson. The setting you want is at the bottom of that page.
