Turn Off Image Preview when Sharing

  Hello. I’ve seen when I share blog post links to Reddit, it puts out a image. The images I post are sometimes sensitive because they are medical in nature. I’d like to be able to turn off this auto-thumbnail when sharing the links. I also am wondering if it’s possible to blur the image. Thanks
