Turn off small caps in h3

  Hey all,

  My theme is setting my h3 headers to small-caps. I cannot seem to overwrite it with the following in the css.

  h3 {
  font-variant: normal;
  font-family: arial;
  font-size: normal;
  }

  Why doesnt this why? What can I do to remove the small caps font?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
