  Please stop charging my card. I tried going to manage subscriptions and it’s not working.

  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a card on file which we can charge.

  You have also since deleted this account, so won’t be able to post here again.

  If you received a charge that you believe was from us, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/, and use the contact form on that page to contact our billing support team directly.

  Please always tag all threads related to refunds or unknown charges for staff. The OP clearly said they already tried doing this via Purchases.
