turn off two step authentication

  Turn off two step authentication. I have had a series of conversations online (see https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?shva=1#inbox/144030e6deed39f0) that didn’t solve the problem. I have an account with 2-step authentication set up. I have 10 backup codes but can’t remember my original. I have tried all 10 of the backup codes to no avail.
