Turn on upgrades

    I helped this person cancel the upgrades he was paying for because that’s what he wanted me to do. Now he wants them back. Is there any way to find out what he had upgrades with and get them turned back on? He’s in his 90s and isn’t much help knowing what it was.

    Hi, I can see one of the upgrades was paid for, just recently canceled after its refund window. I was able to restore that.

    The other is an older Custom Design upgrade we don’t offer currently, and I don’t have a great way to add that back. Can you check to see what he sees that needs to be changed? We may be able to make another recommendation.
