Turning a page title into a link

  I’m having a bit of trouble articulating the problem here, but basically I want to make it so that clicking on a specific page title redirects the viewer to an outside page–a shop, for example.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Page title where? In the body of the page, or in the menu?

  In the menu. I mean when you see the title of a page as a tab, just above whatever post or page you’re looking at, I want to make it so that clicking on one of those redirects someone either to an outside website or a specific page on my own website.

  Basically, like it does on this site. Clicking on “Merchandise” doesn’t take you to a page that then provides a link to the store, it just takes you to the store.
