  How do I add a purchase tab or a checkout setting where people can buy my services or ezines directly from my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @ashliefae26,

  You may want to try Simple Payments with a Premium or Business WordPress.com plan. This will allow you to accept payments from your WordPress.com website.

  If you need something more complex like a store manager, you might want to check Store feature of Business plan.

  But if you are not ready to upgrade to any of these plans yet, you can try using PayPal buttons. Similar topic thread was answered here.

  It’s not a plugin. You will get a code from PayPal to put on your website.
