Turning Off Allow Cropping

  I tried to turn off ‘allow cropping’ on some of my older images that I uploaded before I was aware of the button. I edited a few images by turning it off and submitting but they still show cropping and the lower price at the smaller cropped size. The cropping often messes up the composition making it too tight or eliminating important elements. When I look the button is off but the size offerings and price still allow cropping. How do I get it to stick???
