Turning off autobilling

Hello,
Wordpress has autobilled me for domain and private registration, and I have a receipt via email but the Billing History and Purchases is totally blank in my account.
I am rather upset about this, as I tried to turn the autobilling off before the date it was set to autorenew to avoid being billed, but as the Billing and Purchases history was blank there was no option to do so. My bank have confirmed that the payment is due to go out and that I need to contact WordPress to ask them to drop the claim.
Basically I want to turn off autobilling and dispute/reclaim the payment.

Hi @louisaplant, can you logout and log back in as user louisehayter? Your louisaplant account does not have any upgrades, but the other one does. You will be able to see your billing history there.
