Turning off “Include pre-publish checklist” does not work
-
I have a new PC setup and I cannot get this setting to persist in Chrome. I had this problem before and cannot remember how I fixed it. Advice welcome.

Hi there – to help us with our part of the investigation into this, can you share with us the following:
- When did the issue start exactly? Can you confirm is started at exactly the same time you started working from your new PC setup?
- Can you describe the issue in more detail? What are you having to do now that you did not have to do before (how did it work before and were you also on a PC+Chrome setup)?
- Has this same issue ever come up before, or is this the first time?
- If you try logging in through a different web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox, do you get the exact same result from your new PC setup?
Thank you so much for providing these details; they’ll be extremely helpful. Talk soon.

- Yes, when I started using the new PC.
- The pre-publish checklist always pops up even after I turn it off.
- I had this issue before, several years ago. It was resolved with a bug fix.
- Yes, as well as on other PCs.
