Turning off Like Button globally

  Hi

  With regards to: http://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/#likes-and-your-site

  When logged into my WordPress.com blog (is using the Theme: Twenty Ten) as an administrator I’m not seeing that option under Settings -> Sharing

  Any help, advice on this matter would be greatly received. Thank you.
