Turning off/removing the Following Button (bottom right)

  Hi there!

  I just wanted to turn off/remove the Following button (bottom right) and already found the following solution:

  Go to your Dashboard. Click on Settings, then Reading, then Email.

  The only thing is: I can’t find “Email” to turn off/remove the button from my website!

  I think those instructions are out of date and the dashboard has been amended. Since the introduction of the “Action bar” which includes the Followers button it cannot be removed if you have a free site.
  It can be removed with an upgrade to the Premium plan and CSS using the code:

  #actionbar { display: none; }
