Turning off the "You've Already Said That" function for comments

  I just noticed a new feature when commenting that says “You’ve Already Said That.” Unfortunately, it says that to me the FIRST TIME I POST A COMMENT! This is really irritating and caused me to accidentally post the same comment three times because I didn’t think the first comment got posted. How do I disable this function? Or maybe, how do you make it work right?

  You cannot disable it.
