Turning on hits

  Hi All I’ve recently set up a blog , can you tell me how to turn on or set up the hit counter.

  If you’re talking about the integrated WordPress.COM stats in your Dashboard, you don’t have to do a thing. It’s on. And I’ve just given you a “hit”. :)

  As long as you are logged into your WP.COM account, your own visits to your blog won’t be counted.

  I’m new to this so not sure. What I was wondering is how do I display it on my blog I don’t see a hit counter as such.

  You can choose to display a stats counter in your sidebar from Design>Widgets and then add the “Blog Stats” widget. Remember to save your changes.
