Turning your website from just a portfolio into a business outlet.

Ok so I have been hanging around here for a while now, now finally I have got around to creating my own website via word press. A challenge itself.
I dont however know how to turn the website side of things into a commercial front. Any Idea Tips on how to do this and what avenues work best. I.E try and sell prints off the site or try and get commissions through the site.
If anyone can help that would me amazing and maybe I could help you with something in return.
The site in question is

Excuse me but what do you mean by “commercial”? no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.COM blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM
The advertising exceptions noted in support documentation are for high traffic blogs that qualify for and are accepted into the Ad Control program, and for extremely high traffic blogs that qualify and are accepted into the paid VIP hosting program.

This is the kind of question that consultants like me get good money to answer. What’s your budget on that?
