How do I contact you privately please? I set up a new blog and booked a tutorial with you. I can’t seem to access the site I set up on 28 March 2020. This one seems to be an old blog that I set up in 2014. Frances Duffy

Yes, I know that I am using the wrong account; the trouble is I can’t get into the new account because the User Name, Password, Email that I thought I used are not working. I have had an email from the “WordPress Community” saying they will be in touch. So far nothing. They had no problem taking my money but big problem helping me resolve my issues as they are a “Community” not a business with help support. Well could whoever it is in the “Community” that accepted $248 please answer my query?

Can you tell us the address of the site you’re trying to access?
